Yes bead selection is great - BUT CUSTOMER PHONE SERVICE IS ZERO!! NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL THEY SAY THEY WILL GET BACK WITH YOU. NO. NO THEY WON'T. Soooo NOW my order is wrong. They were more than happy to take my money, BUT I didn't get the correct product! Can't get ANYONE to call me back, so it will be a LONG TIME before I order from them again!!
I love shopping with Potomac Beads! They have such a great variety of beads, findings, and exclusive pieces to choose from! Their tutorials are so helpful, and their customer service is great! They always ship promptly and include a little “gift” each time that inspires me to try other projects! I particularly love the half tilas, and have sold several bracelets to friends. Potomac beads is the only place I order beads. The quality is unsurpassed and the customer service is excellent. Their kits and patterns are top notch, the illustrations are very clear in color and the videos are so helpful. I have been able to really improve my skill set watching the videos and make gorgeous creations I never thought possible.

Potomac Beads is a great company! Every product and bead I have purchased from them has been of high quality and the shipments generally come pretty quick. They have a wonderful Facebook group with beading posts from folks around the world. Nearly every day there is a new video tutorial, which are housed at their website and are also on YouTube. Customer service has been responsive, although I only every used Customer service once. I love the Best Bead Boxes, although I haven't subscribed yet, I have purchased individual past boxes and they are just delightful! Potomac Beads is just heaven for anyone who loves beading and enjoys new inspiration!
